Paintball has become big across the country and played by boys and girls. There are many games that can be played when you play paintball from capture the flag to elimination. By playing the sport you become more physically and mentally strong. The games makes you work part of a team but at the same time fend for your self. The rules of the game keep everyone safe when they play so that unfortunate injuries don't occur. Everyone has to were a mask that protects your face. The guns that are used must be turned of or covered until it is time to play. This is a fun game for everyone that most people enjoy playing on the week ends.
